Royal has gotten a late start in life as she was started as a 2 year old then turned out due to owner health complications. I was told that in those years she was turned out she had 2 or 3 foals. Since I brought her home I've only put a few rides on her with zero funny business from day 1 of ground work. As stated above she hadn't been ridden much so only knows a few things under saddle and would make a great project for someone wanting to make one their own way. No buck, rear, kick, or bite and is well mannered on the ground. I do not HAVE to sell this mare but thought i would put the opportunity out there before putting more work into her and the price going

About Clay City, IN
Clay City was originally called Markland, and under the latter name was platted in 1873 when the railroad was extended to that point. It was originally called "Markland," but that name could not be used because another post office in Indiana used that name. The name "Huntersville" was adopted in honor of U.S. Congressman Morton C. Hunter.
