Paint Gelding for Sale in Eatonton, GA
Sailor was born and raised at Cloud 9 Ranch with me and handled since birth.
Great with dogs, kids, tractors, bicycles, dirt bikes, loud noises, crowded arenas, and traffic.
Reason for sale: I bred him with the intention of him being a horse someone could show or enjoy at home and have a super safe, sweet, all around horse with a great mind.
And he’s everything I’d hoped for and more, Sailor is extremely versatile, sensible, and easy to ride. Quality, Athletic, Safe and super Handsome.
He’s been used for lessons with upper-level beginners to advanced-level riders.
He’s more woah than go, but not a kick ride, he goes nicely and easily when asked.
He has a super smooth canter and trot, he’s comfortable and easy to sit without bouncing.
Sailor is great in the trailer, he self loads, and hauls great. No issues with new environments.
He’s been shown locally in Dressage and Trail obstacle challenges.
He’s done very well and the judges love him!
I’ve ridden him off-site for local shows and trail rides, and he’s even been ridden on the beach!
Sailor loves water as his name implies💙⛵️
He neck reins, backs and side passes easily. He will drag unicorn floaties🦄 ride through curtains, no issues crossing plastic tarps and bridges.
Rides English, Western or bareback, in a halter or a snaffle, he’s light and responsive.
He’ll pick you up from the mounting block and stands like a rock for mounting and will stand on a loose rein until you’re ready.
He’s great for the vet, stands ground tied for grooming and saddling. He’s easy to clip.
