Expeirenced Eventer for Lease

Experienced novice level eventer offered for an on-site lease. Echo has been evented for the last 10 years up to training level, he is currently looking for a partner who would be interested in novice or lower, doing jumpers, dressage, or possibly hunters. Echo is a brave, attentive, confident horse with good brakes, he is voice and leg responsive, more of push ride with plenty of go when requested. He is ridden regularly about 5 days a week and easily jumps over 4 ft. Echo stands quietly in the barn on cross-ties or not, stands for clipping, farrier, self loads a trailer, easy to catch, a great all around barn pet! I am only offering an on-site lease at my quiet private farm. We have a brand new barn with tack room, a lighted out door sand ring, a field for hacking with a few jumps and access to a limited trail riding. Our farm is close to many local lesson barns, limited lessons possibly available on site. Lease includes 5 rides a week, rights to lesson and compete of the farm and love him like he is yours. Owner will provide board, routine vet care, dentist, farrier and supplements. I may be interested in partial lease options. Please feel free to contact me with specific questions or more pictures.
