Mustang Gelding for Sale in Lebanon, OH

Cisco is an 11 year old Kiger Mustang Gelding. My boyfriend and I have had him since he was 2. Cisco spent two months in South Carolina with my boyfriend training under Dave Robart for reining. He has a push-button spin and will slide stop. He has worn sliding plates. Cisco was the 2014 Ohio State Competitive Trail Ride Champion. He can go all day long without getting tired - he requires very little conditioning as he has natural endurance. He will tackle the hardest trails with ease, and will go out in a group or alone. He has been trail ridden all over the country - South Dakota, Illinois, this year alone I took him to Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas to go trail riding. Needless to say, he travels in the trailer very well. You can literally ride him into the trailer! Cisco also makes a good English horse as he is very forward. He jumps willingly as well. Like most Kigers, he has the smoothest trot! He has had extensive groundwork so he is EXTREMELY respectful on the ground. He has been around cows AND buffalo (our reining trainer has buffalo calves, and Cisco has also seen them wild and full grown in South Dakota.) He is very brave - not much phases him. He will go over many different obstacles, you can ride him carrying a big flag, etc. He is fine with dogs. He is UTD on shots, farrier, and Coggins. Because of him being a Mustang, his feet require little attention. You can trim on a 10-12 week basis. He has never worn shoes except for sliding plates. Never been lame or had any health issues. He was conceived in the wild but born in captivity. Cisco is not for beginners. He is very forward (this horse can go FAST if asked) and has many buttons, so he needs someone who has steady legs and hands and that knows what they are doing. Asking $10,000 FIRM. I do not need to sell Cisco and am in no hurry to do so. Serious inquires only please. Don't hesitate to ask any questions smile emoticon For more pictures and a video, please visit: http://youtu.be/BpmZGm0FZ44 MORE VIDEOS COMING SOON!

About Lebanon, OH

Lebanon is in the Symmes Purchase. The first European settler in what is now Lebanon was Ichabod Corwin uncle of Ohio Governor Thomas Corwin who came to Ohio from Bourbon County, Kentucky and settled on the north branch of Turtle Creek in March 1796. The site of his cabin is now on the grounds of Berry Intermediate School on North Broadway and is marked with a monument erected by the Warren County Historical Society. The town was laid out in September 1802 on land owned by Ichabod Corwin, Silas Hurin, Ephraim Hathaway, and Samuel Manning in Sections 35 and 35 of Town 5, Range 3 North and Sections 5 and 6 of Town 4, Range 3 North of the Between the Miami Rivers Survey. Lebanon was named after the Biblical Lebanon because of the many juniper or Eastern Red cedar trees there, similar to the Lebanon Cedar.
