Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Fort Myers, FL

Still Growing and will mature at 15. 3 hh. Currently in training, Bellamy is hacking quietly WTC on the buckle, getting her leads, and starting groundrails. She goes in a happy mouth bit and is very responsive to voice commands. She is green but super smart and willing, could easily be finished by an ambitious junior. This filly is a cute mover with a big lofty step and should easily get down the lines in the hunter ring. Goes western just as nice, only would need more time to slow up and shorten her stride. You Choose! Her flashy color and babydoll face make her stand out. She has an extremely sweet demeanor and is not marish at all. Perfect ground manners and easy to handle. DOES EVERYTHING, 100% sound and an easy keeper. No Vices! Priced to move at $4800. Located in Fort Myers, FL.

About Fort Myers, FL

Spain originally had colonial influence in Florida, succeeded by Great Britain and, lastly, the United States. During the Second Seminole War, between 1835 and 1842, the US Army operated Fort Dulany at Punta Rassa, at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River. When a hurricane destroyed Fort Dulany in October 1841, army operations were moved up the Caloosahatchee River to a site named Fort Harvie. Fort Harvie was abandoned in 1842, as the Second Seminole War wound down. After a white trader was killed by Seminoles on the Peace River in 1849, the Army returned to the Caloosahatchee River in 1850.
