Warmblood Mare for Sale in Leander, TX
3 year old pinto warmblood mare by Spectrum out of a TB mare. She is 16. 1 and still growing. Sox has been introduced to saddle and rider but has been turned out to pasture. She ties, loads, clips, stands for vet / farrier etc. Extensive ground work over mattresses, teeter - totters, bridges, tarps, water, tires - she is very brave. She has a great personality, easy keeper, never lame or sick since I have had her. I just don't have any time to work with her and she is wasting away.
About Leander, TX
Leander was established in 1882 on land sold by the Austin and Northwestern Railroad Co. to prospective citizens. The town was named in honor of Leander "Catfish" Brown, one of the railroad officials responsible for the completion of the line. In 1836, a company of Texas Rangers, including John J. Tumlinson Jr.
