Nice APHA broodmare in foal to AQHA retired cutting stallion for a March 2005 foal. Had a nice paint filly by same sire two years ago. Foal should make great reining, roping, cutting prospect. Mare is goldseeker bars bred on bottom and old halter blood on top. . . no impressive. Built like a tank and a very pretty mover, would make an excellent broodmare for any breeding program. Wellston was named by Christian T. Wells, who established a trading post on the site in 1883. The post office officially opened September 19, 1884. The trading post closed during the allotment of the Kickapoo Reserve. Following the Run of 95, the post office reopened June 15, 1897.
