3yr.16h Mare and Still Grow

I am selling this horse for a friend due to his health. This mare was orphaned at 2 wks old and has been hand raised. She has had one foal, easy breeder and good mother. She is out of a non reg. mare and a reg. spotted blk / wht spotted saddle horse. She has been rode several times on the trail and never offered to do anything stupid. Owner is offering a free breeding to a reg. sorrel / wht spotted sadddle horse. This mare is big, strong, sound and gentle. Bathes, trims ect. mare has no bad habits. she would go in and out of the house when little, still would if they'd let her. fmi / photos email thanks
