Tennessee Walking Gelding for Sale in Park Hills, MO

Introducing Marine 1, affectionately known as Mak, a 3-year-old Registered Tennessee Walker gelding, standing 15.2 hands. Mak is the type of gelding everyone wants in their barn! From the ground to the trail, he is a gentleman. Mak rides like a seasoned partner, whether crossing downed brush, rushing water, or rough terrain. He approaches any circumstance with a level head and calm demeanor: bicyclists, wildlife, busy roads, dogs, etc. He has been on camping trips and handled busy, long days, or he’s perfect for a short solo ride. Mak has a smooth, consistent gait that is effortless for him. He walks on a loose rein, or you can pick him up and gait him down the trail! Mak is excellent on the ground, standing for the farrier, clipping, mounting, tacking up, and lowering his head to halter and bridling him. Mak is a barn favorite and personally one of my favorite horses to ride. I have no doubt he will fit in anywhere and exceed your expectations. If you have any further questions regarding Mak, please call. OPEN BIDDING ON THEHORSEBAY.COM ENDS ON 11/11 @ 4:40 PM CT. More information is available on the website, including an UTD vet inspection, Coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come to visit.

About Park Hills, MO

The city was formed in an unusual four-way merger that took place in January 1994, in which the cities of Flat River, Elvins, Esther and the village of Rivermines joined to form the new city of Park Hills. The formerly incorporated village of Fairview Acres had previously merged with Flat River on November 8, 1983. The name of the new city was selected by entries submitted to a committee made up of citizens of the four cities. The name Park Hills was submitted by Mildred Lee, a lifelong resident and a former teacher of Flat River. The inspiration came from its hilly terrain in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains and the many parks that surround the area.
