Pumpkin is a 7 year old registered, DNA’d MFTPR beautiful, dappled palomino mare. She was born and raised right here on our farm in Marshfield, MO by Larry Stevens. We have owned her sire, grandsire, dam, grand dam, etc. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a more personable, sweet, friendly horse like Pumpkin. From Fourth of July Parades, to eating watermelon with us to obstacles and trail riding, being ridden by multiple levels of riders and being a wonderful momma. Pumpkin has experienced a lot! Pumpkin has been on overnight camping trips, trail riding in multiple locations around Missouri: Eminence (Cross Country Trail rides), Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield, Compton Hollow, Brushy Creek, just to name a few. Pumpkin’s breeding is outstanding, being a granddaughter of Southern Sunrise and a direct daughter of Southern Sunrises Hotshot. Her stature is perfect for people who don’t want to have to look for a mounting block, rock, etc. to get on and someone who is tired of trying to throw a saddle on a horse.
