Warmblood Gelding for Sale in Bogard, MO
Dojo is a textbook amateur horse. He builds confidence, is fun, simple, and has the life experience to allow you to not only relax and enjoy your ride, but to help you to grow and learn with no boundaries or limits. Dojo is a 10 year old Holstiener gelding standing 16 hands high. I love riding this horse. He has all of the skills, knowledge, and education to make any rider feel accomplished and confident. He is soft and light, forgiving, and easy to get along with. Hit the show ring, sharpen your skills, or have a “been there, done that” type of horse to learn and grow with. In the dressage ring, or the cross country field, it’s impossible not to enjoy your ride on Dojo.
In the arena, Dojo is a blast! Whether you want to put a beginner on for a lesson or take him for a spin yourself – Dojo is always safe and fun to ride. He is a tolerant, no prep needed, knows his job and has all the buttons, kind of horse. He has three smooth gaits that are easy to ride and sit. He looks flashy from the ground but is smooth as butter in the saddle. He is tolerant and understanding of timid, novice, and unbalanced riders, and knows when to take it slow with a beginner. Dojo has experience at lots of local hunter/jumper and dressage shows. He knows all the lateral work, and will put together second level dressage tests with ease.
Over fences, Dojo is point and shoot. He will get you out of any sticky situation, and jump from anywhere to get you safely to the other side. I haven’t had this much fun on the cross country field in a long time! He is brave, adjustable, and simple. He really makes you feel confident and secure when you’re up in his saddle.
Outside of the ring, Dojo trail rides like a quarter horse. He’s been ridden in town, around traffic, and all over the countryside. Dojo will ride out alone, or in a group, and is always a good boy.
In the barn, Dojo is sweet and kind. He is an easy keeper that enjoys living outside. He gets along well with his pasture mates, and is a useful and easy horse to have around!
Dojo is ready to continue being a great partner for the dressage, eventing, or jumper disciplines, but is also a great choice for the rider looking to expand their horizons and take on the working equitation, western dressage, and so much more!
⚫️Dojo is an easy keeper that requires no maintenance. We have a recent, 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐕𝐞𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞.
