Johnny Be Good is a 10 Year old Double Registered Pinto (PtHA), Buckskin (ABRA) Tobiano Gelding, 16.1hh. He is a big puppy dog, in your pocket, sweet soul. On the ground he is a gentleman, easy to work with, and a sweet heart. Under saddle he is such a fun horse! Enjoyable, comfortable to be on, a bit of a push ride, he likes more whoa than go but will move up when asked, he is responsive to your leg and light in the bridle. He is very willing and tries to please his rider. He is adjustable within each gate, an uncomplicated and straightforward ride. He has a lead change, you have to ask, it is not automatic yet. He rides inside, outside, in an arena or a field, and on trails. Johnny joined us as a lesson horse. He has the ability and willingness to carry kids and adults around the lesson ring, and he is capable of so much more. Johnny is a barn favorite to ride, to groom, and hangout with. He is easy to bathe, load, trailer, tie. He thrives in a program, and would be perfect for a kid or an adult, from an advanced beginner with a trainer on up.
