Grey AQHA Gelding

Jak Mr Val Star 585 aka Val is a beautiful Dapple Grey that is very stout built, standing 14.3hh and he is a 2019 Model Registered AQHA Gelding! We have had a lot of these “Jak” horses that are bred and raised on the Oleen Brothers Ranch out in Kansas and every one of them that we have had are always gentle, good minded horses that are great for trails and ranch work. Val is no exception to that trend! He is a gentle type of horse that is never in a hurry! He lopes nice circles, catches the correct leads, has a good stop and reins around. Val just eases along down the trail and loves going on trail rides. He will cross creeks, ditches, logs and navigate rough rocky areas. Val has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been ridden many miles in the mountains and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and over all types of rough terrain while still being sure footed. Val has been ridden down the highways and is traffic safe as well. Val has been used around the ranch, he has sorted, penned and pasture roped.
