Cubid is a 15.1hh, 4-year-old chocolate Rocky Mountain Horse. Cubid has many trail miles and has been ridden by kids and timid adults. He has been shown at local fun shows and always done well. He is easy to catch, clip, bathe, tack up, load, and handle. Cubid is gentle and safe for any beginner to ride; our kids have trail-ridden him many times, which will help build your confidence levels. He will flatfoot walk slowly on a loose rein or move on out when asked. He has a natural gait and a nice racking up to 10mph!!! He has had two months of professional gaiting trail training. He has been ridden around farm equipment, ATV’s, Cubid is not spooky acting. On the trails, he is always great! He has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife, such as deer or turkey, or other animals like cows or dogs, and will go anywhere he is asked to. He has ridden many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He will go up or down even the steepest slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and all types of rough terrain while still being sure-footed. He has been ridden in traffic and is very traffic-safe around cars, semi, log, and dump trucks. He has a great personality and a great attitude about whatever he is asked to do. We also have done a lot of squirrel hunting off him!
