Paint Stallion for Sale in Talihina, OK
Lippy has ponied colts, been ridden in the mountains and in town. He has seen arena sights and isn't spooky. He has gathered cattle, had a rope swung off of him, been lightly started on barrels, and my 7 yo has ridden him. He's had 45 days with a trainer to work on his handle. Turn him out all year and he will be the same when you get him back up. I'm selling him to buy a finished barrel horse. Call Jennifer @ 918-413- 4269.
About Talihina, OK
Talihina received its name in 1886–1887 when the St. Louis and San Francisco Railway (Frisco) built a line through the Choctaw Nation in Indian Territory. The railroad opened the surrounding area to ship cattle, timber, and cotton to Eastern markets and facilitated growth of the town. When Talihina incorporated in 1905, the town claimed a population of 400. Two major hospitals, the Choctaw-Chickasaw Tuberculosis Sanatorium and the Eastern Oklahoma State Tuberculosis Sanatorium, were built here between 1915 and 1921.
