Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Stratton, NE
Jessie is a pretty mare who needs a full time job. She has had professional training, has never shown any buck, but has been ridden very little, so still pretty green on reining, and needs an experienced rider. Her mother and full brother have been terrific cattle / ranch horses for us, very athletic, and can go all day. Jessie is bred to do the same, but she's the "extra" horse on our place and is rarely ridden. She's priced to sell, and has tons of potential.

Stratton sprang up in about 1881 as a depot on the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad. It was named for Mary Stratton, an original owner of the town site.
