4H LQ Bunk Beds

Description Remodeled by my husband, this 4 horse trailer was brought back to life several years ago. It has a king bed AND single bunk beds(rare!), a working sink and gas stove…. Working heat and a/c. Has water storage container on top, plumbed into the LQ and also a spigot as well. New floors. No toilet or shower. The top bunk bed is designed to fold up so that the bottom bunk bed can be used as seating during the day. The mattress from the top bunk becomes the backrest for the bottom bed that is then the daytime seating arrangement. There is storage underneath of the bottom bunk. Spacious pantry storage under the sink. 5gallon bucket sink drain. Horses haul side by side separated by divider poles. Nice tack area in the rear. 4 saddle racks. Has 2 batteries to run the LQ if no electric hookup. Needs some TLC , has a few small leaks, Fridge is not very cold, but can be worked on or traded out. It’s electric/lp switch.
