Surface rust but no through rust. Very solid, steel with plenty of support underneath. Small Living quarters with AC. Heat may work on the unit but we never tried. It does have a 110 inverter from an rv (30amp plug). Mid tack that goes through both sides. Theres lots of storage and hooks!!! 2 saddle racks. Hay rack on the roof and exterior rack for gates. Roof coat painted on last summer, NO LEAKS. Just had a floor put in last spring, treated lumber.
