Buckaroo is every child’s dream pony! (And parents) Buckaroo is a 7 yr old gelding pony. He has been ridden by a ton of kids. He is the perfect age for a child. Professional trainers have worked with him. He has probably done more than most much older ponies; he’s been there and done that. He is super gentle. All the kids love him. He loves hugs and apples. He has been hauled probably 100 miles. He has done a lot of play days, poles, barrels, and pretty much everything at play days. He is one of those hard-to-find, trustworthy, and beautiful ponies. He is super gentle with a young child but has plenty of go for an older child. He has gathered cattle in pastures and has had the hair ridden off of him by all the kids. He’s been to brandings and many playday events. He will cross creeks, go in ponds, walk over logs, and go through forests with no problem. He will pretty much go wherever you point him. He’s the perfect pony to take on a camping trip. He’s been around tractors, trucks, cars, farm equipment, dogs, and farm animals. He will hop right in the trailer every time with no problem. The kids load him. He is the same pony next summer if he’s put up for the winter. Very sweet and loving pony. Surefooted and Easy to catch in pasture. He’s one worth his weight in gold. Everyone is sad to see him go.
