12.2h Kid Safe Pony

Meet Barney! He is a 12.2hh 6 year old Welsh pony gelding. Barney walk, trot, and canters with easy. His gaits are slow and steady while being a floaty flat kneed mover. He has very easy flying changes as well. Barney has spent his summer working kids camp teaching new riders the ropes of arena work, and trail riding. He will jump around full courses with ease. On the trails he’s a boss! He’s brave and will take the lead follow behind or you can pony the little ones off of him. He’s as sweet as pie to groom saddle and be around. He plays well with all his equine and farm animal friends and will stall if you like. Barney also drives! This little guy has also given countless hand led pony rides and has been used at birthday parties and other events. He’s 100% ok with commotion. Barney is small enough that the little kids can groom and tack him but big enough for a small adult, or bigger kid as well. He’s the ultimate all around pony that your kids can grow from lead line to trails to the show ring. He would also be happy as just a pet for the kids or grandkids to enjoy! He has no vices.
