This is Noel. She is 1/2 Percheron 1/2 paint and quarter mare. She is 12 YO. She is 16.2 hands. She is originally from Colorado. There isn’t a single day that goes by where this beautiful girl doesn’t get a compliment. Riding her is like riding a Cadillac. No bounce. Only pleasure. She is extremely sweet and gets along with other horses very well. I primarily used her for trail rides, but she can offer so much more including cattle, ropes, etc. check out the picture of her coming back front hunting, with an elk on her back. The only reason why I’m selling her is because I am moving to Italy in a few months. If you are a western rider looking for your next beauty, look no further. This girl is guaranteed to steal your heart.
She is zero fuss with taking the bit, riding in trailers, and farriers or tooth fairies. She is up to date on all shots, just had her teeth floated, and has been regularly dewormed too. She can do with or without she’s since her hooves are wide and healthy.

Members of the Tongva and Juaneño/ Luiseño ethnic group long inhabited this area. After the 1769 expedition of Gaspar de Portolá, an expedition out of San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico, led by Father Junípero Serra, named the area Vallejo de Santa Ana (Valley of Saint Anne). On November 1, 1776, Mission San Juan Capistrano became the area's first permanent European settlement in Alta California, New Spain. [ citation needed ] In 1801, the Spanish Empire granted 62,500 acres (253 km 2) to José Antonio Yorba, which he named Rancho San Antonio. Yorba's great rancho included the lands where the cities of Olive, Orange, Villa Park, Santa Ana, Tustin, Costa Mesa and Newport Beach stand today.
