Looking for a Working Equitation or dressage partner in a smaller package? JADA is a lovely 8-year-old Lusitano spayed mare, beautifully put together, super talented and so much fun! She stands at 15H and was bred for working equitation or dressage. Family loved, raised and trained since she was born. She was started later as our beliefs are to wait and bring them along slowly. In full training now, and is developing nicely. She has three balanced gaits and is starting her canter work. She is coming along like a rock star. Jada goes out on trails, in long lines and her work over poles is quite impressive. She is looking for her forever home and very well priced. IALHA registered, APSL eligible. About Chicago, IL

In the mid-18th century, the area was inhabited by the Potawatomi, a Native American tribe who had succeeded the Miami and Sauk and Fox peoples in this region. The first known non-indigenous permanent settler in Chicago was explorer Jean Baptiste Point du Sable. Du Sable was of African and French descent and arrived in the 1780s. He is commonly known as the "Founder of Chicago". In 1795, following the victory of the new United States in the Northwest Indian War, an area that was to be part of Chicago was turned over to the US for a military post by native tribes in accordance with the Treaty of Greenville.
