More information available on the website including an UTD vet inspection, coggins, video, images, and the owner's contact information to ask questions, request information, or make arrangements to come visit. Meet Pie! Pie is a 4yr. Old Buckskin AQHA gelding!! Pie has that fancy look and a great personality to go with it! He is a smart horse with an easy-going laid-back temperament, he takes new things in stride and is just a fun horse! I started him last fall and put 30 days on him with the Clinton Anderson Method, so he’s had the right start and a phenomenal foundation to do whatever you want to with! He’s had over a month this spring and knows all of the Fundamentals and Intermediate groundwork as well as the Fundamentals and part of the Intermediate Riding exercises! He has a nice go, stop and back up. He has done obstacles such as bridges, poles, tires, mailboxes, and more! You can stand on his back and crack a stock whip, swing a lariat, slide off his butt, bounce a ball off of him, most things don’t bother him! He’s good to catch, saddle, Bridle, loads in the trailer, fly spray, pick up his feet, and good for tying. Pie has a small scar on his left hind leg that is just cosmetic, he is sound and in great health! Vet checks are welcome at the buyer’s expense. I would prefer not to sell him to a beginner only because he is still young! Feel free to contact Lindsay with questions, for more info, or to come to take a test ride!

About Bismarck, ND

For thousands of years, present-day central North Dakota was inhabited by indigenous peoples, who created successive cultures. The historic Mandan Native American tribe occupied the area long before Europeans arrived. The Hidatsa name for Bismarck is mirahacii arumaaguash ("Place of the tall willows"); the Arikara name is ituhtaáwe [itUhtaáwe]. In 1872 European Americans founded a settlement at what was then called Missouri Crossing, so named because the Lewis and Clark Expedition crossed the river there on their exploration of the Louisiana Purchase in 1804-1806. It had been an area of Mandan settlement.
