11 YO Gelding

** LOCATED IN OSSIPEE, N.H.**** One owner gelding located in Ossipee N.H. Crix has been with me since he was a yearling. He was backed lightly in the ring as a 2 1/2 year old. Used up till now as a trail/pleasure horse. Has been in many differant living situations without issue. Currently living outside 24/7 with a pony and lean-to. Loves people and children. Is especally sweet and gentle with kids. He has tons of trail riding and camping miles on him. He is trained very well in halter. Has been ridden mostly western but has no issues with riding bareback or english. Collects himself naturally. Has comfortable gaits. No issues with vet, farrier, trailering ect. He's a very confident boy. Natural horsemanship training since he was a yearling. UTD on core shots, coggins. Vet said his teeth are good. Has winter shoes. (Front only).Temporarily has/needs 2deg wedges till his front heels grow out more. Clean front foot and Navicular xrays done in oct. Xrays show no navicular....He has been barefoot for the last 3 years and has flat feet that were sore but now are not. Needs Liquid Vit E (Elevate) Due to low level of 125 pulled back in September. December vit E was pulled and showed normal level of 325. Is Currently on 2000iu a day for matinace. His diet consists of 24/7 hay via hay net, 1 can orchard grass pelletts 2×'s a day and 8 oz Chia seeds per day. Was last ridden in January due to the snow/ice on the ground. Hopefully with warmer weather coming again footing will thaw out. Please contact me for further info.
