Buttons makes you feel like you can handle anything. He is big and powerful, but so easy and simple. He is broke for beginner-level riders and has been used in our lesson program for children of all ages and levels. He is extremely broke and tolerant and great out on trails/ in the mountains/ in town and around traffic/bikes/dogs etc. Buttons has good ground manners, bathes, easy to tack up, bridle, pick feet, groom, load, haul, stands tied anywhere for hours, quiet for the vet and the farrier, and stands for mount and dismount. Buttons is extremely reliable in all different settings and aspects. He has a great stop, turn arounds, rollbacks, slopes, and jogs around on a loose rein, he’s learning how to neck rein and has been ridden bridle-less.
