Buttons is a 12yo 14h halflinger cross pony. She has taught many beginners and used in lesson programs for many years. She is a packer! Super brave! Will jump anything you put in front of her and not spooky at all! The kids love her and always have fun riding her. Her owners daughter has out grown her and is looking to move up to a small horse. This pony has been everywhere from schooling shows at PCHA to Tryon. She would make a great event pony as nothing bothers her and will take any beginner to the next level. About Plant City, FL
Plant City's original name was Ichepuckesassa (also known as Idasukshed) after the Indian village that once occupied the territory. Its name caused so much confusion that the city was renamed "Cork", after the postmaster's Irish hometown. It was finally given the name "Plant City" in commemoration of Henry B. Plant and his railroad, which significantly boosted the commerce in this primarily agricultural community by incorporating it with the South Florida Railroad. Plant City was the spring training home of baseball's Cincinnati Reds, who played exhibition games at Plant City Stadium from 1988 to 1997.
