Ellie is a great trail horse for intermediate riders. We rode her on the trails almost everyday up until a few months ago, but my granddaughter rode her in October and she did great. She is super sweet on the ground and is very nice to other horses- not a bossmare. Sometimes she is lazy and resists running, but she is very fun to trot because her stride is so long. She has always been a very healthy horse with a great metabolism- even if you don't give her grain she will be fat and healthy. She is the prettiest horse we have, but my granddaughter really wants another gelding to ride because she likes to ride solo. Would be a great broodmare- great height, weight, temperament, and speed (if she wants to go). NOT REGISTERED! Text (254) 319-0479
About Collins, MS
Collins was originally incorporated as Williamsburg Depot in 1899. The Gulf and Ship Island Railroad had completed construction, and bypassed Williamsburg, the county seat at that time. The sawmills moved to the new town of Williamsburg Depot in order to be closer to the railroad. As lumber was an important industry during the time, the town moved with them. Not long after, Williamsburg Depot grew to a town of 6,000 - 7,000 people.
