Pinto Gelding for Sale in Carlisle, PA
Ten year old standing 14.1hh pinto gelding. Needs a new home. Athletic, willing, and loves a job. Solid with w/t/c, nice stop and works easily off leg pressure. Side passes, and works without a bridle. This guy is very sweet. He needs a confident rider. I am in my late 60’s with some medical issues and his more go than whoa nature is too much for this grandma. UTD with vaccines, farrier, easy keeper, prefers to be outside with a shed. Pre-purchase vet check showed navicular right front hoof on radiograph. Asymptomatic and otherwise healthy. Pictures and videos available. Call or message me!
About Carlisle, PA
Scots-Irish immigrants farmed the Cumberland Valley beginning in the early 1730s. The town of Carlisle, at the intersection of several Indian trails, was designated by the Pennsylvania assembly and the William Penn family in 1751 as the seat of Cumberland County (named for Cumberland County, England). American pioneer John Armstrong Sr., a surveyor for the Penn family, laid the plan for the town of Carlisle in 1751. He settled there and fathered John Armstrong Jr. in 1758.
