Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Wichita Falls, TX
AQHA 2017 Palomino Mare. She can be registered with Palomino Horse Association. She does have trust issues. Once she is haltered, she seems to be fine for not knowing anything. She had a filly earlier this year and did excellent. She is one that needs to be worked with everyday. She picks up her feet, trailers well, and seems to want to please. She has never been saddled. I have went very slow with her, due to her trust issues and that she is still growing. She is ready to go in any direction. My loss is your gain!
About Wichita Falls, TX
The Choctaw Native Americans settled the area in the early 19th century from their native Mississippi area once Americans negotiated to relocate them after the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek. American settlers arrived in the 1860s to form cattle ranches. The city was officially titled Wichita Falls on September 27, 1876. On that day, a sale of town lots was held at what is now the corner of Seventh and Ohio Streets – the birthplace of the city. The Fort Worth & Denver City Railway arrived in September 1882, the same year the city became the county seat of Wichita County.
