Project Horse

Chrome is a beautiful gentle thoroughbred quarter horse cross mare. She stands between 15.1-15.2 hands. She is a bay mare with chrome. Very flashy. She is an ex chuckwagon horse. I've ground drove her and she did amazing. I don't have a cart so I haven't hitched her up but I think she wouldnt care. She has great ground manners and is very good in her ground work as well. She gets bored if lunged too much. She has been lightly started under saddle as well. It's been slow because she's very unsure about a rider on her back. She has not bucked except once and I tried riding her before she was comfortable with me and she freaked and bucked. I've been working with her for months and she never tries to buck, rear, bolt. That being said, I've only ridden her at a walk. But she stops turns backs soft in a bridle or halter. Has beenunged over jumps and was comfortable with it. I think she would make an amazing barrel horse with time. Shes fast and i think an experienced youth or trainer would have a lot of fun with this horse. I've done a lot of ground work, saddle/bridle, harness work with this girl. A lot of handling as she was skittish when I got her. Middle to high in pecking order. Don't miss out on this beautiful mare! I think barrels, jumping, trails, or harness with this horse or perhaps a brood mare. Can be hard to catch in large pen.
