Boarding, Leasing, and More!!

HORSE BOARDING AVAILABLE. Geldings only please! I only have 2 more spots open at this time! 2.5 acre pasture with run in shed, woods, and hay if they need it. Sperate turnout pastures for more grass. Water, hay, and shelter provided. We feed twice a day and can give your horse its grain (provided by its owner) or provide it with a handful of sweet feed. I currently have a 5 adjustable jumps open for use on a sloping grass hill. (I am putting in an arena that is a little bigger than 100' by 200'.) There are limited trails, a little over 2 miles of dirt road to ride on, and access to a creek to teach water crossing. Full board is $200 dollars a month. LEASING: I currently have an Arab cross gelding for half lease. He is easy to handle for any age or stage of rider. He is slow, steady, and lazy. I use him for lessons (beginner and intermediate) but do not have enough right now to keep him in work. This Arab is absolutely perfect in the arena for any kid. He has had a good deal of dressage work and will side pass in both directions, spin on his hind quarters and for quarters, back up, collect, extend. He gets both leads and led changes. He neck reins and can be ridden with just a rope! However, he does have a kissing spine, so he is not currently comfortable jumping more than 18". His back is not bad and the more he is ridden the stronger it gets. He has been schooled up to 2.5 feet and could get back there with constant work. HORSE TRAINING: is also available for an additional $200. The horse will be handled every day, with longer training sessions 5-6 days a week. NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ON THE PROPERTY. THANK YOU!!
