10 YO Mare In WI

10 year old solid APHA mare, completely sound. I have her original registration papers, however she has been through a few owners who did not transfer the registration, and I never figured out how to do it, but it can be done. Registered name “Cita’s Cool Lil Lena”, or Lena. She is not a beginner horse. She needs a rider who is strong and confident that can really guide her. She likes to “go” and loves to run. I have really only trail ridden her, and she is good on the trails in a group, but can be a little nervous alone. She loves swimming! Stands good for vet and farrier. She has beautiful movement, and has potential for basically anything if you are willing to put in the time and teach her. She is an angel on the ground and loves treats and attention, but can be a bit of a challenge under saddle some days; she has some on and off days. I have primarily ridden her in a hackamore, as I never showed, and found that’s what worked best for me with her. Selling due to me heading to college and not being able to take her with.
