Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Frederick, SD
NOT BROKE TO RIDE! River is halter broke, leads, ties, loads, stands for the farrier, can deworm and give shots. She has a drop dead gorgeous head, nice big hip and muscled and produces babies just like her. She was bred to a BLUE ROAN for 2021! She has had black, blue roan, grullo, buckskin colts. See some of her colts on my website on the mares for sale page. She is N/N and ready for a SUPER GREAT HOME A MUST! Sadly I'm retiring from raising horses and must sell.
About Frederick, SD
Frederick was a railway town platted and sold to pioneers by the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad, which completed track into it on September 12, 1881. Its grid of blocks was aligned by compass, with numbered avenues running north-south, and numbered streets running east-west. Main Street and Railway Avenue intersect at the grid's core. Incorporated on June 21, 1882, Frederick was named after the railroad's Finnish immigration agent and sales clerk—Kustaa "Frederick" Bergstadius.
