Brisket is a 12 year old Percheron Quarter Horse gelding. He stands 16HH and sells grade. DON'T let his color be the reason you surpass this horse, he's a phenomenal all around horse! Brisket is HANDY broke. He is a ranch/ performance / game horse deluxe, and he even calmly trail rides! He is WICKED fast, but is absolutely controllable. He has a ground covering stride. Friendly, easy to catch and handle. Stands for tacking and mounting. One hand neck rein, pivots and side passess. Walk, trot, lope and back on que. Has a big stop. Brisket is push button, you ask and he immediately does. Loads in trailer well. Will stand tied at trailer by himself quietly. Not buddy or barn sour. Goes out alone or in groups. Traffic safe. Has been ridden through deep snow, thicket and brush. He crosses logs, bridges and goes thru water. Ridden along highways, gravel roads, and up and down ditches. No buck, rear spook or bolt. Good with dogs. Rides inside or outside. Brisket has been trotted through game patterns, and took to it well. He's not hot, walks in and out of arena flat footed. Has moved horses and cows. Good with farrier, stands well and has good hard black feet. He's currently shod with drill techs, but is sound either way. Lives in a mixed herd setting. Middle of pecking order, not a bully.
