Black & White Paint Mare

15h 1100 lbs Paint mare DOB 6/25/2004. Sire: Sam Skipper Dee & Dam: Reba Golden Honey. Sweet, good natured mare. Easy to handle on the ground and will stand all day long. She is a sensitive mare and has plenty of go. She has been ridden western & english but not trained for a particular discipline. She does have a bit of speed and quickness. She has been ridden mainly on the farm and local roads but her previous owner took her overnight camping and trail riding. She rides in a hackmore and snaffle and requires a rider with soft hands and balanced seat. Up to date on vaccinations/worming/farrier/dental. She can be fussy about saddle fit and can be strong in the bridle during a canter so I recommend a confident intermediate to experience rider. I intended to use her for a lesson horse but she needs a consistent rider. She prefers trail riding over schooling. I have her APHA application papers but she is not registered. Has navicular but has been sound with shoes.No other maintenance is required. PPE welcome at buyer's expense. Price is negotiable but no low ball offers.
