Pinto Mare for Sale in Lynden, WA
Ruby has tons of potential to go in any direction. She has great form over jumps, beautiful gaits, tons of personality, has been successfully bred and foaled, tons of thick mane and tail, and the friendliest mare I know - even in season. She has been started under saddle and is currently learning to ground drive. I bought Ruby as a project horse for the Jumpers ring, but due to health reasons I can no longer show. About Lynden, WA
Lynden was begun in 1871 and established in 1874 by Holden and Phoebe Judson near the site of the Nooksack Indian village Squahalish ( Nooksack: Sqwehálich). It was named by Phoebe Judson after the riverside town in Hohenlinden , a poem by Thomas Campbell, stating: According to her book, A Pioneer's Search for an Ideal Home, she changed the spelling of "Linden" to be more visually appealing. The city was officially incorporated on March 16, 1891. The city lies in a broad valley along the winding path of the Nooksack River, which empties into nearby Bellingham Bay. The surrounding area is filled with dairy, raspberry, strawberry, and blueberry farms.
