Pony Mare for Sale in Asheville, NC

MAKE AN OFFER "Sunny" - show name is Sunset Boulevard Make an offer. 18 y/o, 14.1 1/2 hh with green card. All chromed up, has lead change. Is blind in one eye but doesn't affect her in the least bit. This was my first pony, we did the 2'6" pony Hunter division until I was old enough to do the children's jumper division, which I also did on her. She has schooled up to 4' jumper courses. She has tons of show miles and even took me to the VA State Horse and Pony Champs. We were ranked 36th in 2010 for 4-h hunters. Great mover, cute, will go over anything. Baby sitter/packer type. I used to do bareback/brideless reining and jumping (up to 3'6" courses) on this mare. She will come with brand new Coggins and vaccines. Message for more info or email at 3dayeventergirl@gmail.

About Asheville, NC

Before the arrival of the Europeans, the land where Asheville now exists lay within the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation. In 1540, Spanish explorer Hernando de Soto came to the area known as Guaxule, bringing the first European visitors along with European diseases, which seriously depleted the native population. The area was used as an open hunting ground until the middle of the 19th century. The history of Asheville, as a town, began in 1784. In that year, Colonel Samuel Davidson and his family settled in the Swannanoa Valley, redeeming a soldier's land grant from the state of North Carolina.
