Paint Mare for Sale in Fort Mill, SC

Party is a 10 year old Breeding Stock Paint. due to work and school schedules it is very hard to ride her as much as she needs to be ridden so I am putting her up for half lease. I need a intermediate - experienced rider who would be willing to ride her 3-4 times a week, this will include one lesson with my trainer once every month. You will need you own tack because I do not have a secure place to keep my tack during the week. Party is a very sound horse, she is very sweet and likes to please though she is still a mare and will test you at times. I need someone who is willing to be a part of the training process with me and continue with the training we have already put into motion.

About Fort Mill, SC

The town of Fort Mill was established in 1873, getting its name from its location between two points, the first, a fort constructed by British in colonial times to protect the Catawba Indians from marauding tribes to the north, and the second point of Webb's Mill. The Catawba Indians made their home in present-day Fort Mill for many years. Scotch-Irish settlers began arriving in the 1750s and 1760s and a small settlement soon developed. Fort Mill grew rapidly in the late 19th century as textile mills were established. After many textile mill shut-downs the town continued to grow rapidly and became a major suburb of Charlotte.
