Missouri Fox Trotter Mare for Sale in Hurricane, UT
ALLERGIC TO HORSES??? I actually have 2 mares in - utero to DCC Vegas,
a CURLY Missourri Fox Trotter stallion. Curlies are known for thier hypo
- allergenic qualities, such as poodles in the K -9 world. :) The first
mare, APRIL is very nicely gaited, and she is due around the first week
of March 2009. These horses are extremely rare, only about 150 in the
world! If you have allergies and like a smooth gaited ride, these are
the perfect choice for you! My other mare will be due the first of May
2009. Both are very tall mares, with gentle dispositions. and of course
these babies will be papered with ICHO and MFT. Pending on DNA results
and other stipulations after their birth the prices will be between
$7000 and $8000.

About Hurricane, UT
Hurricane was first settled in 1896, and received its name after a whirlwind blew the top off a buggy in which Erastus Snow was riding. Snow exclaimed, "Well, that was a Hurricane. We'll name this 'Hurricane Hill'." Hurricane, which is pronounced "Her-ah-kun" by local residents (mimicking the accent of early Liverpudlian settlers), is in eastern Washington County. The community was settled as part of LDS Church President Brigham Young's 'Cotton Mission', intended to establish the southern end of Utah for agricultural purposes. The town once operated a large peach and apricot orchard for the LDS Church, and is historically known for growing peaches, pecans and pistachio nuts on small farms.
