Quarter Horse Stallion for Sale in Hillsboro, MO
Buddy is a good - looking palomino gelding. He is 3 years old with a lot
of potential to do anything from jumping to barrels. He has been ridden
regularly english and western. He is still kind of green, but is coming
along great. Doesnt spook at much, has been trail ridden extensively,
and has teeth recently floated. He is a very gentle and cuddly horse. He
loves attention, and is the first one to come at the gate. Please email

About Hillsboro, MO
Hillsboro was originally called Monticello, and under the latter name was platted in 1839, and named after Monticello, home of President Thomas Jefferson. The name Monticello was afterwards changed because the U.S. postal authorities refused to accept that name, there being another post office in the state with a similar name. The present name Hillsboro is the English equivalent of the Italian name Monticello. A post office has been in operation at Hillsboro since 1838.
