10 year old bay Selle Francais gelding. Is suited for any jumping discipline or endurance. Trail miles, overnight packing in the mountains. Rarely spooks, good in new environments, ridden western on trails, stands to be shod, very sound, impeccable ground manners, safe on the ground, does NOT kick or bite, clips, blankets and loads. Cribs, but is NOT an issue, and it is 100% controlled by a miracle collar. Has never affected his health in any way. Is an extraordinarily athletic - jumped up to 4 ft no problem. Needs to be ridden a minimum of a few times a week, with intensive flat work and jumping, by a very experienced rider. Will go to the best home possible, where he will be used to his full potential. About Hillsborough, NC

Local Native American groups had lived in the Hillsborough area for thousands of years by the time Spanish explorers entered the region. The Great Indian Trading Path, used by generations of Native Americans, crossed the Eno River in this area. Siouan-language tribes such as the Occaneechi and the Eno were living in the Hillsborough area at the time of European contact. They were eventually pushed out by European settlers. The explorer John Lawson recorded visiting "Occaneechi Town" when he traveled through North Carolina in 1701.
