Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Knoxville, TN
4 yr old Quarter horse, sweet - tempered, excellent ground manners,
more than green broke but not dead broke. Good mouth, no vices (biting
or kicking) . Has been taken on trails and does very well with other
horses and by herself. She does not bolt but will take a couple of
steps to the side if very concerned about what she is confronting.
She has not reared or bucked under saddle. Her brakes and steering are
very good. Has been worked in a round pen. Responds very well. UTD on
shots, worming, and farrier. Field trimmed. Has the bloodlines to use
as a broodmare later on. She rides English or western. Would also be
interested in trading this mare and a 5 yr old reg walking horse mare
for a quarter horse or walking horse mare that is over 15 hands and with
more of a stocky build. Unusual coloring preferred.
