Belgian Draft Mare for Sale in Lerna, IL
Great horse! Dead broke, bomb proof, kid and husband safe mare for
lease! This mare needs to be ridden about once or twice a week. I
am at college now and two states away in Kansas, so I am looking
for someone to ride her. I would prefer for someone in the Lawrence
area to lease her. She does mostly trails, but has done lessons and is
trained to drive. I have pictures and additional information for serious
inquiries. I also have a Paint Gelding for lease. Let me know if you

About Lerna, IL
Lerna is a village in Coles County, Illinois, United States. The population was 286 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Charleston– Mattoon Micropolitan Statistical Area. Thomas Lincoln, father of President Abraham Lincoln, spent the later part of his life on a homestead a few miles away, preserved today as the Lincoln Log Cabin State Historic Site. Thomas Lincoln and his second wife Sarah Bush Lincoln are buried in Shiloh Cemetery south of town.
