Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Lomira, WI

Sandi is a Arab / QH mix. She has a lot of spunk and is a little too bossy for my daughter. My daughter used Sandi for 4- H this year and recieved a 6 th place for mares over 4 yrs and also two 2 nds and a 4 th. As you can see in the pics, she was ridden western but her gaits are more huntseat (my daughter has not learned huntseat yet) . We've also ridden her down the road with no problems with traffic. Sandi has also gone to a Parelli clinic with my daughter.

About Lomira, WI

The early history of the Village of Lomira is closely interwoven with the Town of Lomira. Prior to the arrival of white settlers, the son of Chief Black Hawk supposedly camped in the vicinity while blazing a trail from Milwaukee to Green Bay. [ citation needed ] There is no record of a settlement at Lomira prior to 1849. It was originally called Springfield, but in 1849, the name was changed to Lomira. Local lore says the village is a namesake of Elmira Schoonover, daughter of Sam Schoonover, an early settler.
