The gorgeous horse will stand out everywhere! Her marking are perfect, wonderful conformation, apple shapped quarters, doll face head, you can't say enough about her. She walks straight into a trailer, clips, ties, will go camping, play around cows, you name it! She has only had one owner since she was a yearling, she has been brought up in a family enviroment with kids, dogs, trail rides, and plenty of play friends. We don't use her enough! She wants to get out and go on more rides! We show Jumpers and don't have enough time in the day to give Cherokee all the attention she wants. Email for pictures. The city was originally laid out on land deeded by Manuel Cabeza Vaca to William McDaniel in August 1850. Its original plot was recorded on December 13, 1851. The city was a Pony Express stop and was home to many large produce companies and local farms which flourished due to the Vaca Valley's rich soil. There are a number of rare and endangered species in the Vacaville area. Endangered plants which have historically occurred in the vernal pool areas in and around Vacaville include Legenre limosa , Plagiobothrys hystriculus , Downingia humilis , Contra Costa Goldfields ( Lasthenia conjugens ), and Showy Indian clover ( Trifolium amoenum ).
