Quarter Horse Stallion for Sale in Heflin, AL
SOLD Cheaha Intimidator - Lopes either lead from a standstill. The lightest of cues will turn him. Will be shown locally in May 2006. Has been used for lessons. My trainer says that Tim has a heart of gold and will do anything for a sensible rider. Tim is soft mouthed and easy to guide while ground driving. He has the neatest trot - cannot post it because he is so smooth. Tim has had ropes thrown around him and is about as desensitized as a horse can get. Tim was starting to show interest in cows and can DEFINITELY maneuver well enough for cattle or barrels. A cowboy with back trouble would love Tim and so would a lady with a cart! Visit Angela's Quarter Horses for more photos, pedigree, and other paint & quarter horses for sale in Alabama and Georgia!
About Heflin, AL
Heflin was first settled in 1882 as a station on the railroad line from Atlanta. The town quickly grew and was incorporated in 1886. Until 1905, the County Seat of Cleburne County had been located at Edwardsville. In 1905, an election was held to move the county seat from Edwardsville to Heflin. The election results favored Heflin and were appealed to and upheld by the Alabama Supreme Court on July 1, 1906.
