APHA # 802, 519 PM Pawnee inherited the gentle disposition of both her parents, the height of her sire, and the athleticism of both. She is an indian "medicine hat" whose left eye is blue, right is brown. She is eligible for registration as a medicine hat and pinto in addition to her current registration as an American Paint Horse. Pawnee is in the process of being broke to ride and has not displayed any aggressive behaviors such as kicking, biting, pawing, or cribbing. She is very gentle and completely sound. All vaccinations are up to date. Come see her in the beautiful countryside one hour south of Nashville, across from historic Milky Way Farms.

About Pulaski, TN

Pulaski was founded in 1809. During the American Civil War, the vicinity of Pulaski was the site of a number of skirmishes during the Franklin–Nashville Campaign. Union troops occupied the state from 1862. In 1863, Confederate courier Sam Davis was hanged in Pulaski by the Union Army on suspicion of espionage. In late 1865, during the early days of the Reconstruction Era, the city was the site of founding the first Ku Klux Klan (KKK) by six Tennessee veterans of the Confederate Army.
