Thoroughbred Mare for Sale in Kingston, GA
I bred, raised and trained her myself, so no bad training to undo. She has never raced, and was started slowly and correctly, NH style. She has no vices, and you won't find an easier keeper. She is barefoot, no vices, is fine turned out with anyone, with wonderful ground manners. She is kick along quiet, and has been ridden all over our 500 acre farm, never spooking. Though I would rather sell outright, I may consider trading her with an Appaloosa filly. If you come out to see "Maggie" you will fall in love. Though green, she would be fine for a novice rider to finish out. A good home will be mandatory, preferably a "forever" home (I will not sell her to a horse trader) She acts like a big Golden Retriever - loving but respectful at the same time.
About Kingston, GA
Native American tribes once inhabited the area. People of the Mississippian culture were in the vicinity until about 1500 AD. Cherokee removal occurred locally by 1838. White settlers were moved in as early as 1832, after a land lottery. The city was named for John Pendleton King, a United States Senator from Georgia.
