Paint Mare for Sale in Aliquippa, PA
My horses are calm, gentle and quiet. My mare is professionally trained. 15 hh, perfect conformation! However, I do not have time to work with her. I would suggest someone with experience, not a beginner. I also have her 11 month old gelding and I'm selling him as well. He is halter broke and leads. I am currently doing the "Seven Games" (Parelli) w / him. I have also done "Round Pen Training" and "Lungeing for Respect" (Clinton Anderson) with my mare. She is a proven brood mare and may also be homozygous. I HATE to sell them! Please give one or both a good home. I am asking $2500. for her and $1, 000. for him. However, I will take best offer to give them a good home. I will sell one or both. All shots, trims and worming are current. Seriuos inquires only: scali***@earthlink. net
About Aliquippa, PA
Aliquippa was founded by the merger of three towns: Aliquippa, Woodlawn, and New Sheffield. There is no known direct connection between Seneca Queen Aliquippa and the city; rather, "Aliquippa" was one of several Indian names selected arbitrarily by the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad in 1878 for stations along its route. The oldest church within the current boundaries of Aliquippa is Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church (formerly White Oak Flats Presbyterian Church), established about 1793 in the New Sheffield region on Brodhead Road. Aliquippa is best known as the location of a productive steel mill that the Jones and Laughlin Steel Company constructed there along the Ohio River beginning in 1905.
