Quarter Horse Mare for Sale in Purcell, OK
*SOLD Royal Cremello Chip, AQHA yearling Cremello filly. Her sire is a Dunskin (Buckskin Dun) sired by a AAA / ROM Arena producing sire / grandsire who is an own grandson of Three Bars. Her dam is mostly foundation (with a little speed breeding thrown in) going back to Joe Moore, Skipper W, and Eternal Sun. This little filly is very big - boned and muscular, and would make one heck of a roping horse. She would also do fine in cutting or working cow, or any other discipline one would choose; she is a good all - around prospect. She will lead, load, tie, and stand for the farrier, and she doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She also has the most beautiful little baby doll head, and a big hip. She's only being offered for sale because we are making a big change in the direction of our breeding program.
                        About Purcell, OK
Purcell was founded in 1887. It was named after Edward B. Purcell, a vice president of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe railroad (ATSF). Purcell was at the north end of the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway, owned by the ATSF. Amtrak still serves the town with the Heartland Flyer at the station near the old Santa Fe depot.
